Kurumsal müşterilerimizin Büyük Veri Dönüşüm projelerinde; veri mimarisi tasarımı, entegrasyon katmanı, analitik platform kurulumu ve yönetişim çerçevesinin oluşturulmasını kapsayan projeleri yönettim.
Yüksek hacimli veri işleme altyapılarının kurulumu, veri kalitesi ve veri yönetişimi süreçlerinin yapılandırılması projelerinde liderlik ettim.

Global Maksimum - ISO 27001 & 9001 Belgelendirme

2025

Kurumsal regülasyon ve yönetişim çerçevesi doğrultusunda, ISO 27001 ve ISO 9001 yönetim sistemlerinin tasarımı, uygulanması ve akredite belgelendirme süreçlerine liderlik ettim.
Risk temelli yaklaşım, süreç standardizasyonu ve sürekli iyileştirme prensipleri doğrultusunda sertifikasyon programlarını hayata geçirerek kurumsal kontrol ortamını güçlendirdim.

HSBC – Veri Saklama Sistemlerinin Modernizasyon Programı

2023 – 2024

Kapsam: Eski storage altyapısından yeni nesil sistemlere ~800 TB kritik bankacılık verisinin taşınması.

Bankacılık sistemleri; müşteri finansal verileri, işlem kayıtları ve regülasyona tabi hassas bilgiler içerir. Bu nedenle proje boyunca:

Veri bütünlüğü
Yüksek erişilebilirlik
Regülasyon uyumu
İş sürekliliği

en üst seviyede güvence altına alınmıştır.

HSBC – Veritabanı Modernizasyon Programı

2022 – 2023

Kapsam: Bankacılık uygulamalarının çalıştığı altyapıda, Windows Server işletim sistemleri ve SQL veritabanlarının yeni sürümlere geçirilmesi ve teknik borcun azaltılması.

Bu program yalnızca bir versiyon yükseltme çalışması değil;
siber güvenlik dayanıklılığını artırma, performans optimizasyonu sağlama ve üretici desteği sona eren (EOL) bileşenleri devreden çıkarma hedefiyle yürütülen kapsamlı bir altyapı modernizasyonudur.

Bankacılık ortamında veritabanları; anlık finansal işlemlerden regülasyon raporlamasına kadar kritik işlevleri desteklediği için, geçiş süreci büyük bir hassasiyetiyle planlanmıştır.

Program Büyüklüğü:

50+ fiziksel ve sanal sunucu
300+ üretim veritabanı
100+ kişilik teknik ve operasyon ekiplerinin senkronize çalışması
Fazlı geçiş planı ve kontrollü canlıya alma stratejisi
Üretim ortamında hatasız geçiş (zero incident)

Bu ölçekte bir veritabanı dönüşümünü canlı bankacılık sistemlerinde operasyonel istikrarı koruyarak gerçekleştirmek; mimari disiplin, detaylı etki analizi ve güçlü değişiklik yönetimi yaklaşımı gerektirir.

TTG - UUYM5G (Uçtan Uca Yerli Milli 5G) Haberleşme Şebekesi

2017 - 2021

TÜBİTAK ve Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu (BTK) destekli ve 16 teknoloji firması ile 3 GSM operatörünün katıldığı projede, Şebeke Yönetim Sistemleri (NMS/OSS) modülünün tasarım, geliştirme ve entegrasyon süreçlerine liderlik ettim.

Proje kapsamında:

5G çekirdek ve erişim bileşenleri ile NMS/OSS entegrasyonu sağlandı
Yerli ve milli altyapı çözümleri geliştirildi, performans ve operasyonel güvenlik testleri başarıyla tamamlandı
Çok paydaşlı ekosistemde kritik entegrasyonlar ve testler gerçekleştirildi

Bu çalışma, Türkiye’nin 5G alanında yerli teknoloji üretme ve kritik altyapı bağımsızlığı hedefinin kilit bir parçası oldu.

2025 – 2026

I managed projects for our enterprise clients covering Big Data Transformation, including data architecture design, integration layer, analytics platform setup, and governance framework development.
I led projects involving the establishment of high-volume data processing infrastructure, data quality, and data governance process configuration.

HSBC – Data Storage Systems Modernization Program
2023 – 2024

Scope: Migration of approximately 800 TB of critical banking data from legacy storage infrastructure to next-generation systems.

Banking systems contain customer financial data, transaction records, and sensitive regulated information. Throughout the project, the following were ensured at the highest level:

Data integrity
High availability
Regulatory compliance
Business continuity

Highlights:

1,300+ servers (physical & virtual)
Data migration across 2 different locations
Coordination of a 100+ person team
Zero-incident cutover in production environment

Migrating critical financial data without interruption or error is not only a technical achievement — it is a demonstration of strong risk and governance discipline.

HSBC – Database Modernization Program
2022 – 2023

Scope: Upgrading Windows Server operating systems and SQL databases to newer versions on the infrastructure running banking applications, and reducing technical debt.

This program was not merely a version upgrade — it was a comprehensive infrastructure modernization initiative aimed at enhancing cybersecurity resilience, optimizing performance, and decommissioning end-of-life (EOL) components.

Since databases in a banking environment support critical functions ranging from real-time financial transactions to regulatory reporting, the migration process was planned with great precision.

Program Scale:

50+ physical and virtual servers
300+ production databases
Synchronized work of 100+ technical and operations team members
Phased migration plan and controlled go-live strategy
Zero-incident cutover in production environment

Carrying out a database transformation of this scale while maintaining operational stability in live banking systems requires architectural discipline, detailed impact analysis, and a robust change management approach.

TTG – UUYM5G (End-to-End Domestic & National 5G) Communication Network
2017 – 2021

In a project supported by TÜBİTAK and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), with the participation of 16 technology companies and 3 GSM operators, I led the design, development, and integration processes of the Network Management Systems (NMS/OSS) module.

Within the project scope:

NMS/OSS integration with 5G core and access components was achieved
Domestic and national infrastructure solutions were developed; performance and operational security tests were successfully completed
Critical integrations and tests were carried out within a multi-stakeholder ecosystem

This work became a key part of Turkey's goal of producing domestic technology and achieving critical infrastructure independence in the 5G domain.
